Groups this term: open, waitlist, or full, and when the next one starts.
Ninety minutes a week, six to sixteen weeks, eight to ten people and a counselor. A group is often sooner than an individual slot, and for some things it works better. $20 a session on the sliding scale, or the fee fund.

The big room at the back
Eight chairs, never more; a group that fills goes to the waitlist rather than a ninth chair. Groups run ninety minutes, most of them at six in the evening, and the door closes when the group starts. The kettle is for everyone; the whiteboard is for the facilitator and is wiped before the next group.
What is running, and what is next
Parenting under pressure
Open · starts 6 OctWhat to do when everyone is shouting, including you. Practical, not theoretical: one thing to try each week.
Teen anxiety skills
WaitlistSkills for the physical side of anxiety and the thinking side, with practice between sessions. Eight places; the next group is waitlisted.
DBT skills
Full · next starts 12 JanDistress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, relationships. Full this term; the January group opens for referrals in November.
Full this term. The next group is announced here first; the intake coordinator keeps the list.
Crianza con calma
Open · starts 9 OctEl grupo de crianza, en español, con una consejera bilingüe. Cuidado de niños en el salón de al lado.
How to join: ask for a call back on the Get help page and pick the group, or say so on the intake call. A waitlist means the next group is planned and you are told the date first. Groups are closed once they start, except the grief group, which is rolling.
