How to update the site
- Update the wait
Larkspur Family Counseling → The wait → the one entry → the wait as shown, checked on (today), a note → Update. Every Monday. The home page, Get help and For referrers read it and show the date. - Open or close a group
Larkspur Family Counseling → Groups → the group → state (open, waitlist, full), next start → Update. The Groups page, the home page and the call-back form follow it. - Add or change a counselor
Larkspur Family Counseling → Counselors → Add New: name, licence type spelled out, licence number, languages, what they see, taking new clients. Both licence fields are required by the advertising rule; the checks say so if one is missing. - Change a fee band
Larkspur Family Counseling → Fee table → the band → fee, note → Update. Get help and For referrers read it. - Change a service
Larkspur Family Counseling → Services → open it → who it is for, session length, the paragraph, the note → Update. - Report a number
Larkspur Family Counseling → Numbers → Add New: the number as shown, and the sentence that says how it was counted. No method, no number; no outcome claims. - Publish a new Form 990
Media → Add New and upload the PDF. Then Larkspur Family Counseling → Financial documents → Add New, choose the file, the fiscal year and the kind, and Publish. The three newest 990s are listed by themselves. - Send year-end giving statements
Larkspur Family Counseling → Year-end statements → look at donors marked Fix or Check, add checks and stock under "Gifts entered by hand", preview a statement, then Send. In this demonstration nothing is sent.
